The Everyone with Diabetes Counts program consists of five classes over a period of several weeks. All classes are offered at no cost to participants. Classes are open to people with traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare and Medicaid (known as dual-eligible) that have a diagnosis of diabetes are eligible to participate. Family, spouses or caregivers of diabetic patients are also welcome to attend. Below are current offereings. Check this space frequently for updates to the calendar.
